Week 13: Lunch Sponsored by Dr Fareed

25 Jun 2026

As we approach the end of the semester, Week 13 was another productive week for me. The class began with a discussion on the feedback and comments received from last week's CEO presentation. We listed down all the comments and suggestions given by Dr. Fareed and our client before submitting them through PutraBLAST. This activity was very helpful because it allowed us to identify areas for improvement and make necessary enhancements to the website. Constructive feedback is important in ensuring that the website becomes more professional, user-friendly, and aligned with the client's expectations.

One of the highlights of the day was lunch sponsored by Dr. Fareed at Fatir Cafe. It was such a pleasant surprise and a wonderful opportunity for us to relax after the morning session. I ordered nasi kandar, and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much, Dr. Fareed, for your kindness. We truly appreciate the treat and the care you always show towards your students.

During the lab session, we participated in an insightful webinar on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) in AI digital marketing. The webinar introduced us to the evolving digital marketing landscape and explained how businesses can improve their online visibility not only on search engines but also on AI-powered platforms. I learned that SEO focuses on improving website rankings on search engines, AEO aims to provide direct answers to users' questions, while GEO helps optimize content so that AI tools can effectively understand and recommend it. This knowledge is highly relevant as AI continues to transform the way consumers search for information online.

In addition, Dr. Fareed reminded us about our responsibility to prepare a tutorial for our client on how to use Wix for website management and development. This tutorial will help the client maintain and update their website independently in the future. It also reminds us that building a website is not only about development but also about ensuring the client understands how to manage it effectively.

Thank you for spending time reading my blog. See you in the next blog! <3
